531 Beats ("we", "our", "the app") is a focus and task management app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Data stored on your device only:

Tasks you create (name, category, date)
Session history (duration, timestamps)
Your preferences (timer durations, settings)
Streak and progress data

This data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have access to it and it never leaves your device.

Purchase data:

If you subscribe to 531 Beats Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do not use analytics or tracking services
We do not serve advertisements
We do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat — used solely to manage in-app subscriptions. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store — handles all payment processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to all purchases.

Data Retention and Deletion

All your task and session data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data.

Children's Privacy

531 Beats does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app does not require an account or any personal information to use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
